Welcome to Everyday Cats! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Everyday Cats mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Public string (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Everyday Cats is an entertainment and creativity app that lets users interact with illustrated cat characters reacting to everyday objects. The App provides access to various features and content through paid subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Everyday Cats offers two recurring subscription options:

Weekly Plan: billed weekly.
Monthly Plan: billed monthly.

All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout and may include applicable taxes or fees.

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings. We do not handle refunds directly; all refunds are processed according to Google Play’s refund policy.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content.

5. Content Ownership

All illustrations, animations, text, and other media in Everyday Cats are owned by Pepguy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use them outside the App without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or interfere with its functionality. You also agree not to upload or share any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any laws or third-party rights.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepguy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the last billing period.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
